Should you wish to cancel or return any of our goods, you may only do so in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

We request you obtain a certificate of posting as playground4kids can not be responsible for losses due to the postal service.

This is subject to the following conditions:

You are responsible for returning the item to us.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return (unless the item is faulty).

The item must be unused, in its original condition with all tags attached and returned with its packaging (other than to the extent reasonably necessary to examin the item).

For reasons of hygiene, please ensure that all underwear and swimwear are tried on over your child's own underwear.

You will receive a full refund of the price of the item/s (excluding delivery charges), an exchange or credit note depending on your choice.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items where these conditions have not been adhered to.

Faulty goods

At playground4kids we take care to ensure every item we dispatch is in perfect condition. However, if you feel the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as approprate in accordance with your legal rights.

This policy does not affect your legal rights.

Yes! Your payment will be made through WorldPay using their own super secure server

How quickly will I receive my goods?

For addresses within UK mainland, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 48 hours, but please allow 7 days from receipt of your order. Items are despatched using Royal mail recorded delivery therefor someone will need to sign for the package. We are happy to deliver to your work or other chosen address given when placing your order.

We accept payment in UK pounds sterling, US dollars and Euros. We also accept most major credit and debit cards.
